ABOUT THIS PROJECT
A government contractor supporting the National Flood Insurance Program needed training for their call center staff who answered calls from insurance agents, adjusters and insurance customers. As part of a three-person eLearning team we built a multi-module series in Articulate Storyline 360 covering flood insurance policies, zone classifications, and real-world scenarios. This was a professional role before going independent, it reflects the complexity and quality I bring to every project. *All work shown is representative of actual projects.
